Stretch and Tone
This low-impact class for senior adults meets on Monday mornings from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM in the Fellowship Hall. The class is free, but a suggested donation of $2.00 is appreciated.

Chair Volleyball
This unique version of the classic game requires you to stay seated while playing volleyball. Designed for senior adults, this group meets every Monday from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM in the Youth area upstairs. No RSVP is necessary and we'd love for you to join the FUN!

Monday through Wednesday, from 2:45 PM to 4:00 PM, Wesley United Methodist Church is open for indoor, climate-controlled walking. Our quarter-mile course starts at the south entrance by the church offices and runs throughout the entire campus. Maps and sign in/out sheets are available at the welcome center desk.
