Broccoli Grape Salad

2 cups Green Grapes (halved)
2 cup Red Grapes (halved)
4 cups Fresh Broccoli (chopped in small pieces)
1 small bunch Green Onions (thinly sliced)
1/2 Gala Apple (unpeeled & chopped)
1/2 Granny Smith Apple (unpeeled & chopped)
1 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Sugar
2 tbsp White Vinegar
1 can Water Chestnuts (chopped)
1 cup Toasted Almonds (slivered)
8 slices Bacon (crumbled)
Whisk together dressing ingredients. Mix into the broccoli/grape/apple/green onion mixture. Add water chestnuts. Cover and chill. Before serving add bacon and almonds.
Makes a large salad. Half recipe will feed 6.
